This session introduces the VISIBLE Framework (Voice, Identity, Spotlight, Inner Work, Belief, Leverage, Elevation) to help HIM leaders elevate their presence and lead with integrity. Through case examples in ICD/CPT coding, revenue cycle analytics, and privacy policy impacts, attendees will explore actionable strategies to enhance data integrity, compliance, and trust.
