Diamonds are formed under tremendous pressure and can take up to 10 years of searching through volcanic deposits before they are found.  Just like culture changes, it takes time – but it’s worth it.

She is also a member of Toastmasters International, Indy Inspirations Indianapolis based club.  As a toastmaster Carla has participated in several acclaimed speech presentations which has grown her talent for providing speech and presentation coaching.
